Training—enhanced capacity for leadership and collaboration

The starting point for my trainings is that organizations are in constant motion. This movement involves and affects everyone, no matter their position or role. Leadership, therefore, is not the property of nominated managers or leaders; it is a collective, often unpredictable process shaped by relationships—between people, and between people and environments, ideas, and tools. My approach focuses on how leadership and collaboration can enhance relationships that support producing direction and foster energetic collective action.

Examples

Capacity for leadership and collaboration in teams and working groups

  • toward a shared focus: agreements and practices
  • toward continuous learning: participation and reciprocity
  • toward richer understanding: difference, similarity, and responsibility
  • toward creativity and joy: the body, the senses, and materialities

Leadership capacity amid unpredictability and change

  • an experiential program, in which leadership capacity is developed through  improvisational playback theatre
  • develops capacity for courage, presence, responsive interaction, and trust
  • transformative learning is supported by reflection, learning diaries and relevant readings
  • read more about playback theatre

Why work with me?

  • I support enhanced leadership and collaboration in the moment—beyond personality tests or one-size-fits-all tools
  • I invite participants to examine their assumptions and challenge familiar ways of thinking
  • I integrate research, practice, and reflection—because meaningful learning happens in relationships and through shared action
  • I use embodied methods to access and practice aspects of leadership and collaboration that can’t be reached through words alone

How it works

Each training is fully tailored in structure, length, and content to meet the needs of its participants. Send me a message—and let’s explore what would benefit you most.
