In team coaching, members work together on issues that matter for them—building clarity, focus, and genuine engagement. Team coaching is ideal for situations, in which the team’s interaction and collaboration aren’t meeting its members’ needs. Discussions may feel tense, rigid, or stagnant. Changes and the fast pace of everyday work may have generated uncertainty, fragmentation, or a sense of chaos. Or perhaps an upcoming shift calls for a stronger shared focus and a united effort.
The duration and structure of team coaching are tailored to your team’s needs. A typical process includes initial interviews and 3–5 sessions, each lasting 3–3.5 hours. Between sessions, team members test new approaches and observe their effects. Follow-up sessions can be arranged to maintain progress and build on results.
"Leni listened attentively to our real needs. She had prepared a program for us, but read the situation and adapted with flexibility. She addressed the issues beneath the surface and guided us through exactly what we needed to move forward. Afterwards, we felt both relieved and glad. It felt good to have spoken about the difficult matters. As a result, we were able to focus on our work. Now we have a shared goal – and we’re moving toward it together."
"Leni helped us succeed! She didn’t settle for quick fixes, but challenged us to go deeper – toward real insights and meaningful change. She identified what truly mattered and guided us forward."
"I knew that Leni is a seasoned professional, but she exceeded my expectations in how she energized our group and inspired everyone to think fresh and challenge oneself. Leni was relentless when it comes to staying in the selected focus area, but still gave enough latitude for exploration to enable a relaxed, open and fruitful discussion. Her ability to listen and her positive, sincere and supportive demeanor enabled us to safely wander out of our comfort zone."
