Individual coaching – when change calls for new ways of thinking and acting

Individual coaching is especially powerful when familiar approaches no longer help to move forward. Sometimes, transitions and turning points—whether in your career or personal life—demand a fresh perspective on your reality, challenges, and opportunities. Changes in working life may prompt you to rethink your role, goals, and choices. Recurring or periods of prolonged stress or fatigue can push you to seek new resources, strategies, and paths forward.

How coaching benefits both the individual and the organization

As a coachee, you will

  • recognize your challenges, sources of motivation, and strengths
  • explore new ways of working and problem-solving
  • discover fresh approaches to influencing your work and environment
  • clarify your focus and goals
  • build confidence and a stronger sense of agency

Why work with me?

  • I have extensive experience coaching individuals in demanding roles and high-pressure environments
  • I know that overwhelming pressure and vulnerability are a complex combination that can’t be resolved through words alone
  • I listen deeply—balancing empathy with a willingness to challenge you constructively
  • I use creative and embodied methods to uncover the essence of challenges and dismantle obstacles to change
  • I work with intention: all we do is grounded in real needs and nudges you in your desired direction

How it works

A typical coaching process spans around six months and includes an initial meeting, a concluding session, and five two-hour coaching sessions in between. Between sessions, you will apply and test new approaches in real-world situations, building skills and confidence as you go.
