Group coaching brings together people in similarly challenging—often independent—roles. It creates a shared space to explore workplace challenges and opportunities, while also supporting each participant’s individual growth. This powerful approach benefits not only the participants but the wider organization, as insights and practices ripple outward.
A typical group coaching process runs for about six months, beginning with an initial session and followed by approximately five 2.5-hour meetings. Between sessions, participants apply and experiment with new approaches in their daily work, bringing fresh insights back to the group.
"The group coaching helped me to clarify and connect with my hopes, values, and goals. It enhanced my self-awareness, my self-confidence and my capacity to navigate the challenges of the doctoral program – I now have more agency in my working life. During the process, I learned from others’ experiences and received peer support for my own challenges. I connected with my peers as individuals, as humans, as researchers and as a collective, increasing my sense of belonging and community."
