Group coaching – when demanding work calls for collective reflection

Group coaching brings together people in similarly challenging—often independent—roles. It creates a shared space to explore workplace challenges and opportunities, while also supporting each participant’s individual growth. This powerful approach benefits not only the participants but the wider organization, as insights and practices ripple outward.

How group coaching benefits individuals and the organization

  • clarifies aspirations, values, and goals
  • strengthens self-awareness, confidence, and resilience
  • fosters peer support and shared learning across the organization
  • deepens a sense of belonging and connection

Why work with me?

  • I bring extensive experience in facilitating and coaching groups, grounded in relevant research
  • I create a trusting environment where participants can pause, reflect, and explore their work
  • I use embodied and creative methods to make sense of complexity and identify what matters
  • I turn difference into a powerful resource for purposeful steps and stronger relationships

How it works

A typical group coaching process runs for about six months, beginning with an initial session and followed by approximately five 2.5-hour meetings. Between sessions, participants apply and experiment with new approaches in their daily work, bringing fresh insights back to the group.
